Individual therapy is a safe place for you to talk about whatever you might be feeling or experiencing in life. The goal is to improve a healthy quality of life by managing your symptoms and not allowing them to manage you.

To engage in individual therapy you must be located in the State of Connecticut as that is where I am licensed.

Population served 18 and older

I will take the time to learn and understand any difference we may have - religious, cultural, ethnic, racial, gender, and sexual preference.

Most insurances are accepted. Husky (Medicaid), Medicare, United Health Care, Optum, Connecticare, Cigna, Anthem, and Aetna.

Sliding scale offered for those uninsured

Sessions range from 45 to 55 minutes

Relationships are hard work whether with a partner, a spouse, or family. It involves, listening, validating, and healthy delivery of information. Communication is key! Having a third party to help navigate the conversations to better understand the needs in the relationship makes for a manageable and safe space.
